Ideally situated in Taichung, Green Hotel - Midori features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Free laundry amenities (washing machine,dryer and detergent sheets to get at counter), was very clean and convenient. Good location with nearby bus stops and train station. Within walking distance to food places and taichung gancheng bus station (to travel sun moon lake etc) Room was very clean and spacious (good layout), simple modern design. The square layout of the room made it more spacious - you can do yoga jnside if you want to. There is no breakfast included but this is not an issue as we are always full after eating out at the night market (after dinner) and there are several good taiwanese breakfast spots around.

Located in the centre of Taichung, Modern Inn is situated less than 1 km from Taichung Railway Station and 3.2 km from National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Great location near Taichung Station. The staff didn’t speak much English but were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and stylish. The 9th floor lobby/bar looked nice, though we didn’t sit there. Overall good value for money!

Well located in the centre of Taichung, CHECK inn Taichung Zhongshan is within 600 metres of Taichung Railway Station and 2.5 km of National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. The hotel looks pretty new; the room was nice and everything was functional. Despite the building having humidity problems they installed dehumidifiers both in the room and corridor. The staff was nice and helpful. I loved the area, central district is more traditional and if you check around there are some interesting spot.
